I couldn't come back out of ruins because the toolbar didn't let me click on the left door. I couldn't go through it by using space, because there was a pressure plate around it and whenever I pressed space I caused the item on the pressure plate to be taken and because of that the door was closing. I can't provide any screenshots because I died there.
Steps to Reproduce
Get into ruins into a room for which the left door will be closed unless you place an item on a pressure plate that is close enough to the door so the item from the pressure plate has the priority. Maybe just changing priority of taking actions by using space will help.
