Using Deconstruction Staff on city buildings leaves a workable rubble pile in addition to resources.

When bringing a Deconstruction Staff from a survival world to the Hamlet world and using it on one of the originally spawned pig city buildings, the expected construction resources are spawned, but the building remains in the form of a workable rubble pile that can be hammered back into a building at no resource cost.  This allows the building to be deconstructed again for even more construction resources, and so on, until either the staff or the player's sanity runs out.

I'd suggest that only such pig building that were created by the player themselves should be deconstructable via the staff.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Bring a green Deconstruction Staff from a survival world into a Hamlet world.   2. Use the staff on a pig city building to spawn resources.   3. Use a hammer on the remaining rubble pile.   4. GOTO 2.
