Items slide on the ground in RoG world

In a Hamlet compatible Shipwrecked world, I recently used the Seaworthy to travel to RoG. Items started to slide on the ground like they were being affected by Shipwrecked wind, but in the RoG world. Natural items on the ground such as flint and gold slid as I explored the world and fell of the map. This also happened with items I dropped on the ground such as twigs from my inventory shown in the picture. Exiting and leaving the game did not fix the bug.
