Wrong respawn timer for pikos

In line 836 of teatrees.lua:

local function setupspawner(inst)
    inst.components.spawner:Configure( "piko", 10) --TUNING.PIKO_RESPAWN_TIME

The respawn time for pikos is set to 10 seconds, which is clearly just a temporary change for debugging, it's supposed to be 4 days.
