world setting bugs in NS

even I set Mandrake and Ancestor to many，I can't see any of it in the game. also seem to the boss, the winter has gone but there is no deerclops. I hope you can fix them

Steps to Reproduce

create a new world in NS and set Mandrake, Ancestor and four seasonal bosses to many, then you can see it

First season never spawns seasonal bosses. Mandrakes do spawn more frequently, but since QoL update in 2023 stuff can only spawn in their respective biomes. For mandrake it's the mandrake forest, it is made out of pine trees, pig houses, spiders and mandrakes. Can have it's own smaller pig village with no Pig king.
