Volcano warnings aren't reset after appeasement despite a comment suggesting so

function VolcanoManager:Appease(segs)

	...

	self:RebuildDrySchedule() -- Make the warns again, if necessary.
end

The comment at the end implies that it should reset the warnings, but it currently doesn't.
