Using Trawl Net in the ocean can catch freshwater fish instead of tropical fish

As described in the title. The Trawl Net can catch the pond fish of the basic game.I don't think it should be here.

Steps to Reproduce

Use Trawl Net in SW.

There may be freshwater fish caught.

It's not really a bug just a retcon by DST. But yah changing this to make sense in the context of DST would be nice.
