When Queen Womant uses her screech, an unprotected player is stunlocked with the head-rocking animation and insanity visual effects appear onscreen, such as flashing and tendrils.
However, they don't go away ever. Even if you cap your sanity or wait for days, it doesn't undo itself until you log out and log in.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
