Stone Slabs don't restock

There is code in the game responsible for the replenishment of Stone Slabs, it would naturally take place every 5-7 days. But because the section of code responsible for calling the refill is empty, Stone Slabs will never replenish by default.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Hamlet DLC

2. Flip Stone Slab

3. Wait 5-7 days & return

4. Stoneslab doesnt refresh
