Some items of World Customization Screen doesn't reflect language settings.

DLC VERSION - IMPORTANT!: Vanilla - NO DLC, Reign of Giants, Shipwrecked, Hamlet

Title and Description of Presets are always English, regardless of language setting.

In previous version, I remember the language settings were properly reflected, perhaps.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change Language settings to Chinese

2. Select start a new game.

3. Choose "世界" option.

4. Look at the screen in front of you.
