The Shopkeeper will not restock items if you interact via attempting to give an item to them, even after exiting and entering the store. Restarting the game seems to fix the issue. This happened specifically in the flower/plant store.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Purchase items
2. Give "clippings" to shopkeeper before they have a chance to restock.
