Sealnado blows Insulated Pack into the water and it got disappeared

I think the video will say everything but for more Information:

After defeating Sealnado the Insulated Pack slid off-screen and never reappeared.

I attempted to locate it using the developer console. Normally, items can be found with:

TheSim:FindFirstEntityWithTag("icepack")

but this returned nothing.

This makes the item feel permanently lost

And this video is a remake of what really happened to me on my survival world.
