Queen Womant Disappears Mid-Fight. Drops Didn't spawn, Invisible Stalacmite Throne.

Fought queen womant for the first time today and she despawned mid fight. I quitted my save and came back to find she didn't reappear. 

I was tanking her with two dark swords and a full set of mant armor. Currently in godmode, tried to despawn her invisible throne and could not get it to work. 

For now, is there a way to regenerate just my mant hill network so I can get the bundling wrap/queen's crown drops. I enjoyed the DLC otherwise and was hoping to world hop into ROG and SW after getting the bundling wrap blueprint.
