Obsidian boulders and magma piles respawn on the volcano after hundreds of days. Also, they respawn on your eyes. There are not any of them when you climb the volcano. But they will start to appear when you walk. It's like when the map renews in DST.
Steps to Reproduce
You need to collect the resources and leave the volcano for hundred days. There's a chance obsidian boulders and magma piles to respawn.
