No ballphins in shipwrecked DLC

This bug probably stems from ballphin pod behavior. Ballphins usually have around 2 big pods(herds) on the map. Due to that shortly after building a palace those ballphins just run away to join one of these herds even if they have their palace. Thus there is no new ballphin spawning because he is still alive just far away from his home.

To fix that whey would need to add a new mob that works and looks like a ballphin but does not have the pod making behavior. and spawn that new mob from the palace while the old ballphins still keep their pods.
