No ballphins in shipwrecked DLC

DLC VERSION - IMPORTANT!: Shipwrecked

I cannot find ballphins in shipwrecked DLC.

All the palace lights are off and no one is there.

I restarted several times and deleted all mods, but same problem continues.

Steps to Reproduce

I want U to fix that bug.

I wanna see ballphins again.
