Mandrakes are set to "lots" in world preset, but do not appear at all.

I use a custom preset that has mandrakes set to "lots". I've used this same preset many times, and it's always worked fine.

As of the latest update, it now has the reverse effect. Instead of tons of mandrakes spawning, none spawn at all.

This happens regardless of if I have mods enabled. I switched them all off and made a new world, and the issue persisted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new world. In the world settings, switch mandrakes to "lots".

2. Start the game and explore. There will be no mandrakes anywhere.

Update bees are okay, I think, but beefalo are also having this problem. It happens when I use both the More and Lots options.
