losing all my items when entering volcano

i entered the volcano and lost all my items leaving the volcano didnt fix it and i still am missing those items. 

checking the morgue says i drowned 

i was woodlegs

enter volcano and have this happen??

Still happening, I was Wilson when I enter the volcano during dry season. I noticed my awesome beard disappeared and all my items.
