Invisible Hail & Ice - Don't Starve, Shipwrecked, Nintendo Switch

Hail falls, it's tag is visible, the tag moves when character runs into it, but the only interaction possible is X - Inspect. And the hail is invisible. Ice from the Ice maker 3000 also invisible.

Steps to Reproduce

Shipwrecked - Hurricane season during a storm.

Same error! Completely invisible and can't pick it up - the label "Hail" and "X Inspect" prompts only appear. At first I thought it was just an opportunity to "inspect" the weather so that I could know it was hail - until I saw the refinement recipe for making ice.
