Ice Flingomatics not working on withered plants (Shipwrecked) (Beta Branch)

Ice Flingomatics don't seem to work correctly in Shipwrecked. Through various testing, the Flingos don't correctly help withered plants, and just ignore them most of the time, and in scenarios where they do through ice balls at the withered plant, it won't even do anything. I'm using the beta branch, and I have all the DLCs installed.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an Ice Flingomatic in a Shipwrecked world near to a withered plant.

Results may vary.
