Hamlet crashes as Wheeler? [PS4]

I had put my ball pein hammer into my pewmatic horn for extra space to get that sweet movement speed, and on the night of day 11 I was in my house and wanted to take it out of there to load something else like radishes or rocks or something. I couldn't take it out, so I simply tried to swap it with the radishes. That didn't work, and about 5 seconds later I got the fabled 'WARNING!' screen.
