Once the Fountain of Youth has been emptied and its water consumed, it'll begin a timer to refill itself after a full day has passed. However, this is coded to be 8 real minutes and using in-game methods to skip time will not advance it any faster. This means for example, sleeping through dusk and night will not advance the timer more than a few seconds, despite the fact that it would have taken several minutes off the timer to wait out the night time manually.
Steps to Reproduce
Pick the fountain of youth, dispose of the pugalisk and the water, and then try sleeping to advance the 8 minute refill timer. No matter how much time you sleep through, the timer will not advance any faster.
