Bramble manager doesn't store the locations of possible spawn points directly

Instead it store references to "bramblesite" entities, and use Transform:GetWorldPosition every time it tries to spawn brambles, this is just inefficient.

 

Edit: A side effect of this is, if you replace the turf under "bramblesite" with an invalid one(e.g. checkered flooring), the bramblesite would delete itself after reload
