I can craft things from city building tab using brain of thought and it doesn't lose durability. Same with other un-prototypable items.
Steps to Reproduce
Wear brain of thought, craft unprototypable items as many times as you want.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
