Even after learning to make Bundling Wrap from blueprints dropped from bees, bees continue to drop Bundling Wrap blueprints.
Tumbleweeds can also drop blueprints for learned crafts, as well as unlearned ones.
Steps to Reproduce
Kill bees until a Bundling Wrap blueprint drops. Use it to learn it. Kill more bees. More Bundling Wrap blueprints will drop.
Open tumbleweeds. Occasionally you'll find blueprints. Those blueprints may be of crafts you already know.
I've not tested this in other environments, but am seeing it happen in a Hamlet/Shipwrecked-compatible RoG world.
