1 - You can have 2 BFB at the same time if you go to the other dlc before she lands and return in several days.
2 - BFB still tries to catch the player when he’s on her island.
3 - If the player leaves the island where BFB wants to spawn, she won't land on the other island. She continues to fly above the first island and lands only if the player returns.
Steps to Reproduce
1 - Go to the other dlc before BFB lands, return in several days.
2 - Just stay on her land
3 - Leave the island before she lands.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
