Beefalo does not show hurt status

DLC VERSION - IMPORTANT!: Vanilla - NO DLC

Domesticated beefalo will not show constant redness near the bottom of the screen when sufficiently hurt.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop on beefalo

2. Fight mobs continuously

3. Beefalo will die without indicating it was hurt
