Bat bat lowers sanity when the player’s hp is full but reserved (by meat effingy or magic flower).
Steps to Reproduce
You need to plant magic flower or place meat effingy. Then use bat bat in combat. The player hp is full, but bat bat still takes sanity.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
