i got pearl to tell their name but never got a bundle of thanks once, i also put a replica relic chair down but no sawhorse, happened around day 140, i also got a duplicate big fish quest

Edit: She did not give me the pearl, i am locked out of celestial champion

Steps to Reproduce

play on xbox

do pearl quests past day 100 or something

I'm on PS5 and this happened to me too. It seems to be a console thing, which sucks since we can't spawn in the Pearl through commands. I have dubbed this glitch, the "Pearl has the munchies glitch" since she just spams the eating animation instead of doing anything. Glad to know it's not a one off thing so it will hopefully get fixed.
