When the second player signs in to play on splitscreen it automatically goes to offline mode. It won't log the second player in, when you try to play on one of your worlds it wont let you because it says you are offline. When you try to start a new world it will force you to make an offline world where it will be stuck on "server is generating world" and it will not start. This wasn't a problem before the update on 03/11/21 which was yesterday.
Steps to Reproduce
On xbox one open the game. Then sign in.
Get another controller and sign into another profile to join.
The profile will say offline.
Go to host game
Start a new world.
Wait...
