I am currently playing Don’t Starve Together on macOS Sequoia 15.5 with Steam (latest version), and my Xbox controller works perfectly in Steam but is not recognized in the game.
Here are the details:
- System: macOS Sequoia 15.5
- Game Version: [check in DST main menu bottom-right, fill in here]
- Controller: Xbox Wireless Controller (works fine in other Steam games)
- Steam Input: Enabled (tried both Gamepad and Keyboard+Mouse templates)
- I also tried Big Picture mode, deleting configs, and reinstalling DST, but the controller option in-game remains greyed out and no inputs work.
Could you confirm if this is a known issue with macOS Sequoia? Is there a workaround or upcoming fix?

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Launch Steam on macOS Sequoia with Xbox controller connected.
2. Open Steam Big Picture Mode (controller works fine here).
3. Start Don’t Starve Together.
4. Go to "Options > Controls" and check the input device.
5. Observe that the "Controller" option is greyed out and pressing any buttons on the Xbox controller has no effect.
**Expected Result:**
DST should detect the Xbox controller when Steam Input is enabled, similar to other supported games.
**Actual Result:**
DST does not respond to any controller inputs on macOS Sequoia.
I have tried:
- Reinstalling DST.
- Resetting input configs (deleting `~/Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether`).
- Enabling/Disabling Steam Input.
- Using both wired and Bluetooth modes.
- Manually creating a Steam Input controller layout.
Could you confirm if this is a known issue with macOS Sequoia, and if there is any workaround or upcoming fix?
