When I move from cave to surface in night, the Optoelectronic Circuit didn't turn on. Optoelectronic Circuit works perfectly fine when I was in caves.
In the screenshots you can see i have Optoelectronic Circuit on and full charge.
My guess is I enter surface right when it turns night.
When I jump in the cave and go back to surface again, the Optoelectronic Circuit activates this time. So prob this bug will only trigger when entering the surface right when night falls.
Steps to Reproduce
1. have Optoelectronic Circuit on
2. move from cave to surface (maybe right when it turns from dust to night)
3. Optoelectronic Circuit didn't turn on. There is only small area of light around cave hole.
