WX-78's Field Survey does not persist across Steam Cloud saves

Similarly with Insight deployed Field Surveys are not present when switching across the devices (SteamDeck - PC) when playing on one save.

I have played without mods specifically to test new WX-78 on a fresh world, I initiated world by using SteamDeck and jumped on my PC to get back playing. While I'm aware that Insight isn't saved across Steam Cloud to avoid re-spec as per 

but in case of Insight you just need to wait to eventually get those points again which isn't as harsh as just losing resources you spend on Field Surveys. 

A workaround for it would be to just take the Field Surveys to the inventory, but unlike most of character-specific items/objects, this one is meant to be always on move and away from you, so while Insight might just be the case of time, switching between devices with Field Surveys deployed on your save straight up punishes you and forces you to dedicate one device per one save which is quite the opposite of what Steam Cloud save was supposed to help with.

Also regarding Insight–I had none when I switched to PC, but when I went back to SteamDeck I had all 3 points I got, but they were not distributed as I previously did–I don't want to make it Insight issue as well as this was already discussed, but I think it may be worth noting.

EDIT: After thinking about it, it might actually be related to Insight in some way, as when switching devices the Insight points are lost (and on the original device they are undistributed), so the skill responsible for Field Surveys is not unlocked–I'm not aware if the skill is needed to only craft it or operate it as well. If it is needed only to craft it then there should be no conflicts in fixing it, but if the use of Field Surveys is dependant on the Insight skill then it kinda goes back to being an Steam Cloud save & Insight issue and logic would need to be changed, so that Field Survey skill is only needed to craft it, not use it.

I haven't checked if this is the same for WX's Spare Bodies, so this might be worth verifying as well.
