wx-78 with Telelocator Staff

Hi !!

Let's start with the bug problem.

wx78 uses the Telelocator Staff to make sure that it won"t overheat if it hits lightning.

I don't know if it is a bug or not

what is certain is that only sanity is consumed when using the telelocator Staff.

I'm Korean, so English is serious terrible, but if it's an error,

I wrote it down because it was a relly serious error.
