WX-78 is unable to recharge at a glowing lightning conductor on a mast. it seems like they should be able to since the upgraded mast's art includes a metallic-y looking bauble bit at the base which the character could touch for charge.
Steps to Reproduce
As WX without a charge, try to touch upgraded mast with a charge. There's no option to collect charge like there is for a standard lightning rod.
