As the title states, with the new electricity changes that make WX immune to being shocked, they can no longer receive the health bonus (and sanity deficit) from being struck by lightning, even when not wearing insulating gear.
Steps to Reproduce
- Play as WX
- Don't wear any lightning-insulating gear
- Get struck by lightning
- Get WX's dialogue noting that the circuit was incomplete
