Whenever I go into the caves the backup chassis on the surface have their beta circuits deactivated despite me having the warm standby trait. This would likely also happen with backup chassis in the caves when I'm on the surface, but I haven't tested that.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have two people on the surface, one being a WX-78 with a backup chassis with at least one light circuit installed (or other obvious beta circuit effect) and the warm standby trait
2. Have the WX-78 with the backup chassis go into the caves
3. The other player should be able to see the backup chassis have the beta circuits deactivate as soon as the WX-78 goes into the caves
