Wurt's building can be destroyed by Winona's Planar Strike

Winona's Planar Strike does not destroy buildings, but it can destroy Merm Flort-ifications.

I remember same as Craftsmerm House.

Steps to Reproduce

1. build a Merm Flort-ifications.

2. Have Winona's catapult with planar strike skill 

3. attack the building with planar strike => building destroyed :(

Too many things get destroyed unfairly by planar strike. Recently I found out decorative marble statues are affected too (regular catapult hits don't destroy them). 

Related bug I reported a while ago which is still not fixed: it destroys jubilantern posts and uproots mini-signs as well.
