wortox wurt disappeared from my collection

I weaved wortox and wurt by spools. Today I found that they were gone. Not only character but my skins I bought for wortox and wurt. I want to know what happened to my account. 

Steps to Reproduce

I bought some classy skins from steam to get some spools by unravel duplicates.

Could you check your item filters at the top of the inventory browser to make sure those are set to your expectations? If the items are gone and they do not show up in your accounts page at https://accounts.klei.com/ , then you may file a support ticket to look further into your account at https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and please include your KU https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/5832923019668-DST-How-to-find-your-Klei-User-ID-KUID so support can look up your inventory state.
