Wortox's torso is entirely missing when the Shredded Skirt item is equipped
This happens on PC and Xbox possibly other platforms as well but I can't check because I don't have the game on the other platforms
This is taken from the Xbox version of the game but the same thing happens on PC this happens with any of his main body types by the way not just snow fallen
