Wortox unable to soul hop from the map while holding a lazy explorer

This might just be an Xbox thing because that's what I play on whenever this happens, but whenever I try to use the map teleport while holding a lazy explorer, it just won't let me. The prompt to soul hop doesn't even show up. Any other item is fine (to my knowledge), its just the lazy explorer.

Try to teleport from the map while holding a Lazy Explorer

Some other stuff that has POINT componentactions could cause this too, for example yellowstaff waterballoon.

And it also happens when you has active item on cursor.

Hope the fixes to this annoying issue.
