Due to them being completely separate, they might've been forgotten (understandable given the amount of work that this update entailed and the sheer number of entities that were looked at).
Basically:
- Bulbous Lightbugs and Carrats won't be set on fire when electrified.
- Saladmanders won't have a shorter shock stun.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
