Here I took a picture of the back of Wormwood Triumphant 's head on each phase. On phases 2, 3, and 4, his head seems to be missing!

 

I put the phases in order!

Steps to Reproduce

Just put on Wormwood Triumphant skin and a Glommy Head Guise, then make him face the back. You'll see his head is see-thru!
