World restart, maybe some last hope.

Hello, 

I'll try to make it short beacuse I really don't understand this and I didn't have any knowledge of this existence.. 
Now I still don't know how but after using the moon idol I went afk for some time and the world restarted. 

My question is, are there is some possible way to reload worlds from savings? Beacuse I made some in console and this is my only hope before restarting a 1300 day world.
