World generation creates obelisks right before Atrium Gate

I want to share a world generation issue, I have some obelisks right before accessing Shadow Atrium Gate.

Steps to Reproduce

You can try by yourself using seed 1639828546 from a dedicated server only (I don't have this issue when generating from hosting).
