World Customization Configs Not Activating

My game configs are not working with and without mods. Every time I start a new word I like to add lots or tons of stuff, Such as pig, buffalos, robots, trees, rocks, grass, twigs, etc. None of the changes I make stay when I enter/generate the world. I do it all the time and I know when I enter the world it should be pure mayhem. I've looked around the worlds and it acts if its all on default. I don't know if the update caused it but please fix soon or tell me how to fix so that I may enjoy the game again.
