Workshop Mods are not displaying the correct name and are unable to update and modify Mod settings.

In the Mods menu, Mods from the Creative Workshop are displayed as follows:

Clicking on "Update Mod" displays "Downloading Mods...". but a few moments later it remains the same.

In the file explorer, you can see that the Mod file has actually been downloaded by steam.


I have tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
Clearing the steam download cache
Removing the workshop subscription and re-subscribing
Remove files from "Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether"
