As the title suggests, a boat ever rotated by rudder(s) will mess up all wood gates on it after shutting down and restarting the server two times, causing them to change direction and causing double gates to lose their pairings as well.

Steps to Reproduce
Step 1. place a boat and place some wood gates
Step 2. place a rudder and rotate the boat for a little while
Step 3. place some other wood gates
Step 4. shut down and restart the server
Step 5. shut down and restart the server again
Step 6. all wood gates go glitched
