When you put the toymaker's work apron on Wolfgang (Normal Wolfgang), he doesn't have any upper arms.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Item Collection, click on Wolfgang, Click Body, then find and click on Toymaker's Work Apron on regular Wolfgang.
