Woby Here, Woby There Is Not Counted As a Woby Skill for Dash

I noticed when playing with the Walter skilltree that W.H.W.T. didn't count towards the 2 skills required for getting the Woby dash. 

Steps to Reproduce

Unlock the Woby Here, Woby There skill

It will not count towards the 2 Woby skills for the Doggie Dash

Woby Here, Woby There skill is part of the Scouting tree and is unlocked from Scouting perks while the dash related locks use skills from the Woby part of the tree. The skill was designed with the intent that this is Walter directing Woby to go to places with his scouting capabilities instead of being a trait Woby can do herself.
